The Oshawa Storm Ringette Association (OSRA) is holding its Annual General Meeting, and we
invite all members to participate!
Our AGM provides an opportunity for us to review the 2024-2025 season.

Our association is governed by our by-laws which can be reviewed here.
The agenda for the 2024 AGM is;
- Call to order
- Establishment of quorum
- Approval of the agenda
- Approval of minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
- Presentation of report(s)
- Financial Report
- Election of new Directors
- Adjournment
At the AGM we will elect the new Board of Directors for the upcoming season. The following positions
are open for election;
1st Vice President(2 year term)
2nd Vice President (1 year term)
Secretary ( 1 year term)
Director of Operations (1 year term)
Director of Development (1 year term)
Director of Marketing & Sponsorship (1 year term)
Director at Large (1 year term)
Nominations for positions can be submitted prior to the AGM via email to oshawastormpresident@gmail.com
Nominations can also be made “live” during the AGM.
In addition to Board roles, OSRA also relies on a number of Key Volunteers who play an essential
part in our operations. These non-board, non-voting positions support various aspects of OSRA
activities and are appointed after the AGM once the new Board is in place. Key Volunteer roles
include but are not limited to:
- Registrar
- Equipment Manager
- Tournament Chair(s)
- Ice Scheduler
- Referee-in-Chief
- FUN Coordinator
- Recruitment
We encourage all members to consider becoming actively involved in OSRA. Whether as a Board
member or a Key Volunteer, your contributions help shape our programs and support our players.
