We’re thrilled to have you join our Learn to Skate Program, where participants of all ages can develop their skating skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Whether you’re completely new to skating or looking to improve your abilities, our program is designed to help you build confidence on the ice. Basic skating skills are taught in a fun-filled environment. Sessions are led by skating instructors with on-ice helpers. Skating skills taught range from learning to stand and balance, going forwards and backwards, stopping and turning.
Who Can Join?
Open to all ages and skill levels. No prior skating experience is required.
Cost:
$160 for 8 one-hour sessions.

All sessions will take place at Delpark Arena, Pad #3
Schedule:
Our program focuses on:
Learning basic skating techniques, including balance, forward skating, and stopping.
Progressing to more advanced skills, such as backward skating and turning, as participants develop.
Building confidence and having fun in a supportive atmosphere.
Sessions are led by skilled instructors who provide individualized attention and guidance.
CSA-approved helmet (mandatory for all participants).
Skates (hockey or figure skates). Rentals are not available.
Gloves or mittens to protect hands.
Comfortable, warm clothing (layers are recommended).
Knee pads and Elbow pads (recommended but not mandatory)
