In weekend ringette action Hannah Jenkin scored the game-tying goal on a pass from Kennedi Roberts to help guide the Oshawa Storm U14A squad to a 5-5 tie with the Whitby Wild on Sunday afternoon at the newly renamed Delpark Homes Centre in Oshawa.

Jenkin also opened scoring for the Storm, while Elizabeth Hughes, Ciara Soares and Roberts each added single tallies for Oshawa.

Alexis Pileggi and Riley Hall both turned in solid performances in net for the Storm.

In U12 Regional action in Sunderland on Sunday the Storm fell 7-0 to the Stingerz. Despite the loss, Stella Youngs was solid in goal making 30 saves.   The U19A Storm dropped a pair of games on their western swing on Saturday.

They dropped a 3-2 nail-biter to the Mississauga Mustangs before falling 5-3 to the Richmond Hill Lightning.

In U9 action the Storm dropped an 8-3 decision to the Pickering Lightning on Sunday.

In Open Division play, the Storm B squad fell 11-4 to Whitby, while the BB Storm earned a 7-4 victory over York-Simcoe.
